Nicholas Okapu Etyang

Nicholas Okapu Etyang is a strategic legal consultant at MJM Advocates with over 15 years of experience bridging law, public policy, and regulatory governance. As an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, he specialises in environmental law, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategy, human rights, and high-level legislative advisory.

Terry Kavuli-Kwinga

Terry is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a versatile legal and commercial consultant, providing strategic, solution-oriented guidance to individuals, businesses, and organisations across a broad spectrum of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

Known for combining rigorous legal analysis with sharp commercial judgement, Terry expertly navigates complex transactions, contractual relationships, and dispute management. Mercy Mbure

Mercy is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Certified Professional Mediator with three years’ experience in advisory, dispute resolution, and litigation across both private and public sector matters. Her practice spans Criminal Law, Commercial Law, Intellectual Property, Employment and Labour Relations, and Children’s matters, alongside conveyancing experience acting for buyers, sellers, and foreign investors in Kenyan property transactions.

She is also dedicated to real estate, leasing, and asset management work, protecting clients’ real estate investments through thorough due diligence, watertight contract drafting, and regulatory compliance. Mercy is a registered mediator and principal of Usuluhishi Associates Consultancy Firm, known for a practical, solution-oriented approach and a commitment to timely, fair, and sustainable outcomes.
